Vineyards
The grapes, sourced from select vineyards with optimal terroir, were harvested at peak maturity to ensure concentrated flavors and ideal tannin structure. After careful sorting, the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to maximize flavor extraction while preserving the integrity of the fruit. This controlled fermentation also allowed for the development of a complex flavor profile, foundational to a premium Cabernet Sauvignon. Following fermentation, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity and enhance the mouthfeel, adding a creamy texture to the robust tannins. The maturation process involved aging the wine in French oak barrels for several months, with a significant portion being new oak to impart depth and complexity. This oak aging not only contributed subtle notes of vanilla, spice, and toast but also helped to integrate the tannins, resulting in a smoother, more rounded wine. The careful selection of barrels ensured that the oak complemented the wine's powerful fruit characteristics without overwhelming them, allowing the wine to develop a sophisticated balance of fruit, tannins, and oak, with excellent potential for aging and evolving into an even more complex wine over time.

These aromas are complemented by subtle hints of vanilla and spice, a testament to its careful aging in premium French oak barrels. The palate is robust and full-bodied, with a velvety texture that carries the intense flavors of dark cherry and cassis, balanced by a firm structure of well-integrated tannins and a vibrant acidity that adds longevity and poise.
