Grapes were sourced from select vineyards with optimal terroir, were meticulously harvested at the peak of ripeness to ensure concentrated flavors and ideal tannin maturity. Following harvest, the grapes underwent rigorous sorting and were then gently crushed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
